Masvoz’s presence at the MWC catches media attention

Masvoz has made the news again, this time as a result of the company’s presence at the Mobile World Congress, held at the Fira de Barcelona venue from 2-5 March. According to La Vanguardia, this trade fair is a unique opportunity to establish new contacts and an international position. Masvoz achieved this target, and even exceeded expectations.

The La Vanguardia report, published in the supplement Vivir, highlights that the telecommunications operator provides small and medium-sized enterprises all services related to cloud telephony, which “simplify costs and structures, because everything can be configured through a control panel”. Specifically, the firm has taken advantage of this “major sector meeting point”, as defined by CEO Alfred Nesweda, to show the world its new multi-device application, which allows corporate communications to be managed from any terminal, whether a smartphone, tablet, desktop or laptop.

For Nesweda, speaking to La Vanguardia, the Mobile World Congress “is a way to travel around the world without leaving Barcelona”. This enabled the company based in Barcelona, with an office in Madrid, to access new international clients, “some planned and others that weren’t, and to put some faces to the names we were already working with”.

In fact, “personal relations are vitally important at the Mobile World Congress” according to Nesweda. The report reveals that companies of all sizes attend, and examine what smaller enterprises offer. On this occasion, the annual mobile event in Barcelona posted record attendance levels with over 90,000 visitors.

La Vanguardia was not the only media outlet to highlight Masvoz’s attendance at the MWC. The economista.es and the Huffington Post also featured the company, along with other digital media such as finanzas.com, muypymes.com, vilaweb.cat and channelpartner.es, all part of a long list reporting the company’s presence at this year’s event.
